To support projects that improve the local area in Brighton

Who can apply

As long as your project is charitable in some way and benefits people in the community of Brighton & Hove, you can apply.

How much and what can you apply for

If your idea is shortlisted, you will be invited to present it at a Brighton Soup evening. The people there will vote on which idea should be funded. That idea will be given all the money collected on the door at the Brighton Soup evening.

Deadlines for application

Brighton Soup evenings are run 3-4 times a year.

The deadline to apply to pitch at the next Brighton Soup evening is Tuesday 12th November 2024.

They will hold an open ‘pitch training’ event on Saturday 23rd November from 10am to 12 noon.

The next Brighton Soup evening will be on Friday 29th November 2024 at Community Base in central Brighton.
