Question 1: Will your group have voting members?

Some not-for-profit organisations have members, who all have equal say in how the organisation is run. They elect the management committee (or trustees or directors).
In other organisations, the management committee is a closed group. New management committee members are appointed by the existing committee, and there is no wider membership.

thumbs up Yes, members will have a say in how the group is run.

thumbs down No, the group will be run by a closed group of appointed people.

All Resource Centre information is available for free because we know small community groups have small budgets. However, we are a small charity, so if you are in a position to make a donation, it will help us to keep running this service into the future.
