Money in Mind update: April 2013

See our April 2013 update for the latest news from the Money in Mind project.

Money in Mind provides free support to small groups in Brighton & Hove who need a hand with managing their money.  We can help set up a simple accounts system to suit the way you work, give training in book-keeping and budgeting, examine your accounts, provide written guidance and help you sort things out when they get in a muddle.

The project is a partnership between the Resource Centre and Impact Initiatives and is funded by the Big Lottery fund.  Since 2009, we have helped 275 local groups.

Praise for the Resource Centre

A member of the Patient Participation Group at the Stanford Medical Centre has produced a slideshow highlighting some of the useful resources available at the Resource Centre and on our website for groups who are just getting started.

Many GP surgeries are currently setting up new groups to involve patients in improving the quality of care they receive. Anyone involved with a Patient Participation Group (or any group!) is welcome to use our services and information.

Thanks, Robert, for the vote of confidence – we hope the PPG Network finds it useful.
