Do you want to take your group to the next level? Maybe you want to access more funding or you are thinking of taking on paid staff.
Community Works are holding a workshop where you can learn the difference between various legal structures and find which one suits you best. You will have the time and space to think about important issues such as whether to have voting members, how you will be funded and whether or not to incorporate.
By the end of this workshop you will be:
- clearer about which structure is most suitable for your group
- confident to change the structure as your organisation develops
This 2 hour session is run by Jenny Moore, an experienced trainer and community development worker with many years’ experience of supporting groups to flourish.

Cost: from £25 to £45, with some free places for groups with an annual income below £35,000
