How much and what can you apply for
The trust gives grants to individuals and organisations that promote welfare of the elderly or disadvantaged and encourage the training and community spirit of young people.
Donations range from £30 to £500.
In 2015-16 around £27,000 was awarded altogether, to a total of 73 organisations and individuals.
Previous beneficiaries include: Age Concern – Eastbourne, Newent Guides, Newhaven Volunteer Bureau and No. 18 Project – Bognor (£500 each); Book Aid International, Bristol Urological Institute and Dolphin Society – Bristol (£300 each) and Stroud Citizens’ Advice (£100).
